JOSEPH MALONE - COURT UPDATE - TRIAL SET FOR OCT 2
Today Joseph Malone went to court to begin the trial in his medical cannabis case. In light of the fact that he relevied his attorney a short period of time prior to today's hearing, the judge approved a continuance of his trial to October 2, 2009.
